CAMCO claims is made up of a network of independent Property and Casualty adjusters handling claims across the entire Southeast including GA, FL, TN, AL, SC, NC.

Prompt service and contact at time of assignment are an essential part of our service. If a file can possibly be closed within a few days after assignment it will be. Our adjusters are positively motivated to provide an exceptional report in a very timely manner.

Our strengths include a broad array of claim services all customized to meet the specific needs of each client. Our proven, metric-driven approach to meet the needs of our clients’ expectations while building a consultative relationship helps ensure the greatest satisfaction and prove our long-term commitment.

On liability claims we deliver a 24-hour acknowledgement and a fully captioned preliminary report within 7 days. On Property claims, CAMCO is consistently about twice as fast to deliver a report and estimate as the industry average; we will deliver this to you within 7 to 10 days, and can accommodate more aggressive reporting requirements. Status reports are sent every 30 days, or as needed to meet your individual requirements.

Quality control is an essential part of our organization.  Every report that leaves our office is carefully reviewed by a qualified supervisor. The quality of our work product comes first.
